We’re thrilled to announce we will be joined by the team from highly acclaimed Adelaide Hills small batch winery, Vinteloper for a one night only dinner showcasing Vinteloper’s range of wines. Held on Wednesday 24 August at Drake Eatery, guests will enjoy a five-course menu designed by our chef & owner Ian Oakes to match each of the wines on show.
Snacks on arrival will be accompanied by a tasting of the ODEON range of collectable, timeless wines that are as provocative as they are limited. Pacific Estate Oysters from the York Peninsula SA are the perfect pairing for a crisp glass of Riesling, while live Kangaroo Island scallops and Pinot Gris are a match made in heaven. Redgate Farm Duck and Pinot Noir are up next, followed by a glass of Touriga alongside Mandagery Creek Venison. The meal finishes with a selection of cheeses and Vinteloper’s Shiraz.
